Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Our goal is to provide clear expectations, reliable service, and transparent communication throughout the shipping process.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding weekends and observed holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully received. Processing time refers to the period when your order is reviewed, prepared, and packaged for shipment. It does not include transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, promotional events, or supply chain disruptions. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping methods based on the size, weight, and nature of the items ordered.

Ground Shipping

  • Available for most in-stock items

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment

  • Transit times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped

Freight Shipping

  • Required for oversized, heavy, or palletized items

  • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after shipment

  • Freight deliveries may require additional coordination, including delivery appointments

Doors and Door Frames

  • Door and door frame products have a production and lead time of 4 to 6 weeks, depending on quantities ordered

  • All door and frame orders ship via freight services

  • Delivery timelines begin after the item has completed production and shipped

Special Order Items

  • Special-order items may have extended or variable lead times depending on availability and manufacturer schedules

  • Estimated delivery times for special-order items will vary

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering for more specific timing information

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on several factors, including:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Item size and weight

  • Destination address

  • Freight requirements, if applicable

Shipping charges are displayed before order completion. Any free shipping offers, if available, apply only to qualifying items and destinations and may exclude oversized or freight shipments unless otherwise stated.


4. Domestic and International Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times and costs vary by location and shipping method.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement. If tracking information shows limited activity for several days, this may be normal depending on the carrier and shipping method.

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


7. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

While we work to ship orders as efficiently as possible, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions

Shipping estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.


8. Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Defective Packages

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at 208-800-6214. We recommend reporting any damage within 48 hours of delivery and retaining all packaging materials, as photos of the damage and packaging may be required.

Returns, replacements, and refunds for damaged or defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the condition of the item and the circumstances of delivery.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with initiating an investigation. Resolution timelines vary depending on the carrier’s claims process.

Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure delivery locations whenever possible.


9. Returns, Order Changes, and Cancellations

Returns

All returned parts must be returned within 90 days of the original order date.

Parts returned after 90 days are subject to a 50 percent restocking fee and must be returned in new, unused condition to be eligible for any refund or credit.

Returned items that show signs of use, installation, or damage may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations may be possible only if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify shipping details, cancel the order, or reroute the package. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if a change is needed.
